Shipping & Returns Policy for On-Line purchases.

1. Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once the order is processed.

2. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight & size of your order and the delivery location.

​

3. Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery times are provided from the carrier and can vary.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.

4. Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from the carrier to your provided eMail address, to monitor the status and location of your package.

5. Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship only within mainland United States.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate to avoid any delivery issues.

6. Oversize Shippment

Shipping of oversized parcels must be chosen on a daily basis in order to get the best possible service for a reasonable price for  our costumers

 

7. Stolen/Missing Parcels:

Please be aware of it that MotoMonk Inc. is not responsible for any parcel loss or parcel theft. 

If it is desired we can apply, for an extra charge, a coverage by the carrier.

8. Returns and Exchanges:​

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at engines@motomonk.net with your order number and details.

9. Return Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Customized or personalized items are not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

10. Return Process:​​

Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

Please include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation in the return package.

11. Refund or Exchange:

Refunds will be issued as store credits or for exchange to the previous items.

Exchanges will be processed, and replacement items will be shipped after the return is approved.

12. Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipment costs are not refundable.

 

13. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, if eligible.

Note:

These terms do not apply to engines & engine parts that are sent to us for repair, machining or rebuild.

Please ask for processing,- and delivery times for the engine repair, machining or rebuilds separately.
