  • Cylinder boring

  • Cylinder pre-honing for proper sleeve interference

  • Cleaning the cylinder bore

  • Sleeving the cylinder

  • Deck the Cylinder

  • Resurface Cylinder Base

  • Boring to specific diameter

  • Honing to specific surface finish & piston diameter

  • Chamfering all ports

  • Final cleaning of the cylinder

  • Checking & adjusting piston ring end gap (if applicable)
